Our Story:

Pamalah MacNeily started rescuing cats in 2012. She found out that Los Angeles shelters gave healthy cats only 3 to 5 days to be adopted before they would be euthanized. She started donating to groups who were rescuing and decided to start fostering cats. As Pamalah kept fostering, she gained experience in the field of rescue. She became an independent rescuer in Marin County, where she founded Cat Angel Network. Currently, CAN finds forever homes for about 90 cats per year.

Our Work:

Cat Angel Network is an independent cat rescue located in Marin County. We rescue cats from a variety of situations, including overcrowded shelters, transfers from other rescues, owner surrenders, and strays. We adopt out about 90 cats per year with the help of our committed team of volunteers.
